Kick start your career in Formula 1 with the AMF1 x Aleto Leadership Programme

Aston Martin Aramco Formula One® Team and the Aleto Foundation are proud to launch a transformative nine-month leadership programme designed to open doors for the next generation of motorsport leaders.

This programme is for ambitious university students aged 19-25, from ethnic minority and low socio-economic backgrounds who are based within a 75-miles radius of Silverstone, who are passionate about Formula 1 and motorsport – and ready to turn that passion into a powerful career. If you’re in your second or third year of study and eager to explore what it takes to work behind the scenes in F1, beyond the driver’s seat, this opportunity is built for you.

Over nine months, you’ll gain unprecedented access to the motorsport industry through structured career development workshops, mentoring, business insight sessions, and immersive team experiences. Whether your interests lie in engineering, aerodynamics, data science, operations, marketing, or team management, this programme will help you sharpen your skills, grow your network, and chart a clear path to success in the world of Formula 1.

Key Dates:

Application Deadline

Applications will close 5th September.

Interviews will take place either week commencing 18th August or 8th September.

Leadership Challenge Day

The Leadership Challenge Day will be at Aston Martin Aramco Formula One® Team HQ, Silverstone on the 25th September 2025.

Challenge Presentation Day

The challenge presentation day will be virtually on the evening of the 16th October 2025.

Online Mentoring Programme

Our online mentoring programme will be over the course of 9 months with sessions happening virtually from October 2025 to June 2026.

Team Building Day & Leadership Week

Our team building day will take place on the 7th of March & Our leadership week 14th – 17th April 2026.
