Are you between 18 - 22 years old, ready to step into the driver's seat and propel your career? Join the Aleto Foundation and Aston Martin Aramco Formula One® Team for an exhilarating Leadership Programme designed specifically for aspiring leaders from diverse backgrounds.

An exclusive programme for young people who, are aged between 18 and 22, based within an 80 mile radius of Silverstone and who have an interest in motorsport and studying a STEM subject. The programme will connect you with leaders from Aston Martin Aramco Formula One® Team, create relationships and receive mentoring support to achieve your goals.

Leadership Challenge Day

The Leadership Challenge Day will be at Aston Martin Aramco Formula One® Team HQ, Silverstone on the 4th September 2024.
Challenge Presentation Day

The challenge presentation day will be virtually on the evening of the 4th October 2024.
Online Mentoring Programme

Our online mentoring programme will be over the course of 9 months with sessions happening virtually from September 2024 to May 2025.
