AMF1 Team partners with The Aleto Foundation to deliver educational programme for ethnic minority students

Aston Martin Aramco Cognizant Formula One® Team (AMF1 Team) is pleased to announce a partnership with The Aleto Foundation to provide a bespoke leadership programme for 15 young ethnic minority students wanting to learn more about opportunities within motorsport and the world of Formula One®.

AMF1 Team and The Aleto Foundation, a leading charitable organisation dedicated to promoting social mobility among young people from underrepresented communities, will work closely with sixth form schools and colleges to identify talented and motivated students (aged 17 and above) who exhibit a keen interest in pursuing careers in STEM and motorsport. The selected individuals will have access to a range of unique educational and mentorship programmes, designed to develop their skills, knowledge, and networks within the motorsport industry.
