Leadership Programme
Our flagship programme consists of a wide range of core skills. These include strong communication skills, the ability to inspire and motivate others, critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, delegation, and time management skills. A leader must also be adaptable and able to handle change, possess emotional intelligence and self-awareness, and be able to build and maintain relationships with team members. We give our programme delegates a business challenge question which is solved at the end of the programme after they have attended workshops on the leadership skills identified.

Bespoke Programme
Our bespoke programmes are industry specific and follow the main format of the flagship programmes, tailored towards employment in a specific industry. Additional workshops are focussed on how to prepare for a career in the industry with hints and tips to help you succeed in obtaining a position.

Mentoring Programme
Our mentoring programmes are designed to support the personal development of the individual. We offer 9 month mentoring support, which includes access to a positive role model who can offer guidance, support, and advice. Mentors help young people build self-confidence and self-esteem, and help them develop new skills. In addition we also provide you with access to networks, resources, and opportunities that you might not otherwise have.
