The Aleto Foundation, a leading non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering youth and fostering leadership, is proud to announce a groundbreaking partnership with Johnson & Johnson Medical Limited on their STEM Scholars Programme. Johnson & Johnson, is committed to fostering change through the STEM Scholars Programme. It was developed in response to the diversity gap seen in the talent pool for career development within Johnson & Johnson, specifically for Black Talent. Its aim is to break down barriers, ensure awareness of, and create access to, great careers in STEM and life sciences for high potential talent and aid in fostering a more inclusive future workforce that reflects the diversity of our nation.

The Aleto Foundation's mission is to empower young people from diverse and underserved backgrounds to become the leaders of tomorrow. By providing mentorship, leadership training, and access to opportunities, the foundation equips youth with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in various fields and contribute to the betterment of society. Ten university students studying STEM related subjects have been selected to take part in Phase 2 of the Johnson & Johnson STEM Scholars Programme, which will be facilitated by the Aleto Foundation.
