We are thrilled to announce the launch of our Senior Black Leadership Programme 2024, in partnership with OVO Energy.

This innovative programme is designed to empower and elevate Black professionals to leadership positions within their fields. Delegates will gain invaluable mentorship, advanced training, and networking opportunities with industry leaders, all aimed at fostering the next generation of senior Black executives.

Programme Details

The Senior Black Leadership Academy is an intensive programme made up of a launch event, 3 virtual masterclasses, an in-person hackathon and a wrap up event. You must be able to commit to all elements of the programme.

2nd October 2024 12: 00 - 13:00 - Kick off call.
7th October 2024 17:30 - 20:00 - Launch Event - In person
6th November 2024 18:00 - 20:00 - Masterclass 1 (virtual)
15th January 2025 12:00 - 1700 - In-person Hackathon (location tbc)
12th February 2025 18:00 - 20:00 - Masterclass 2 (virtual)
12th March 2025 18:00 - 20:00 - Masterclass 3 (virtual)
28th April 2025 18:00 - 20:00 - Wrap up social event (location tbc)

In between these core events there will be a variety of elements that we ask you to complete for specific deadlines.
